Destination Christian Academy Grading Process:

The Destination Christian Academy grading process is based completely on the individual growth of each applicant and not as their growth relates to any other student enrolled in the academy at any given time.

At the onset of each topic within the curriculum, students are given the opportunity to state their own beliefs and thoughts on the matter.  By the end of the lesson, they again give their opinion of the topic, in their own words, based upon the information in the lesson.  Each lesson will have specific guideposts to determine the student's grasp of the information given.

Personal grades are determined upon the amount of guideposts the student successfully accomplishes in each lesson and thereby the numerical grade given is simply a determining factor of the student's individual growth.
